Thank you for being a part of the WAFA community. 

We are excited to have you as a vendor for the next Wool and Fiber Arts Fiber Festival.  

To complete Vendor Registration process (this is also included in your email)


1. Pay  Vendor Fee - Due April 23rd

  • Please Fill in your Company Name when making payments in Shopify.  It is time consuming to match vendors to payments.
  • Vendor Fee - Due by Friday April 23rd.  A $10 late fee will be added to late payments.
  • Vendor Program (optional) - Payment due by Friday May 7th

2. Complete Ad Form if you are purchasing an ad. 

  • Required for all Vendor Program Ads   
  • Due May 7th

3. Request to join WAFA - Behind the Scenes (BTS) Immediately.

  • Please join with your personal name (profile).  We would like to get to know who you are as a person in BTS.  You can join under both your business page and personal profile in Wool and Fiber Arts Community (group).

  • Due Date Wednesday April 28th.  Vendor Spotlights will begin the weekend of May 1st.

    5. Vendor Zoom Meetings - with Heather Campbell Vendor Team Lead.  Meetings will be available for replay in BTS.

    • Thursday April 29 - Mandatory New Vendor meeting.  How to participate and grow relationships in WAFA.  
    • Thursday May 20th - Preparing for your sale.

    6. Check your message requests on your personal Facebook profile, Facebook Business page, and your email including spam folder.  If you are a brand new WAFA vendor you will be assigned a mandatory mentor that will assist you over the next month navigating the requirements of WAFA.  They will be reaching out to you in the next few days.
