Join our virtual holiday bazaar! November 3rd -December 10th 2021 WAFA will be hosting an online gift guide , WAFA WISHBOOK, featuring wafa members and Wafa vendors crafts. Applications to be a vendor in this event are open from October 1st-October 15th. You must be a WAFA member to apply.

Holiday Gift Wishbook 2021  
This opportunity allows crafters to purchase a full page ad in a special “wish book” publication that is linked to a separate WAFA wishbook group where you can buy gift items from vendors and wafa members through their albums.
 This is for finished handcrafted items or gift baskets only. Yarn, Roving, Fleece can be purchased at our regular sale at the end of the month and will not be part of this publication unless it is a gift card or part of a gift basket.

Open to any WAFA member. 

The Wool and Fiber Arts Holiday Gift Book will be a publication separate from our Show Programs. It will be advertised in the WAFA group as well as outside of the group. Members are encouraged to buy a page in our publication. Your AD will be linked to a photo album in a special WAFA Holiday Gift Wishbook Group. Which will open to the public on the publishing date of the program. Items in the FB Photo Album should represent the same type items as listed but you are not limited to the amount of products you want to list in your album. Posts are moderated so viewers can only comment on your items for sale. Only Vendors who have purchased a “Page” in the Wish book will be allowed to post items. Items listed in the wishbook will be reviewed and curated, only complete applications will be accepted. 

 Applications will include a list of responsibilities the seller will need to agree to in order to list their items in the publication and will be listed in the application. Some of the responsibilities are listed below. 

  • Items are curated and just applying doesn’t mean you will automatically be offered to be in the publication.
  • You will be made aware if your submission was accepted within 24 hrs of submitting the application. The table fee must be paid within 48 hours of your acceptance letter or the spot will be given to the next person on the waiting list. 
  • Your items will be directly  linked to the item in an etsy shop/website or to the FB Album in the Pop up Group  that directs the customer how to purchase the item from you. . 
  • All ad  space must include a short bio with a picture and/or logo of the seller. 

Applications will be available after Oct 1st The wishbook will open to the public Nov 3rd and be available until December 10th
